<br />To the Common Council of the City of South Bend:
<br />FEBRUARY 24, 1969
<br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred "AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN
<br />THE WATER WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AND STOCKBERGER MACHINERY, INCORPORATED OF
<br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE `.(1) SULLAIR MODEL 150 -GP PORTABLE AIR COMPRESSOR
<br />IN THE SUM OF $3,101.00."
<br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and in their opinion the Ordinance go
<br />to the Council favorable.
