Motion carried. <br />PETITION <br />The undersigned, do hereby respectfully make application and petition the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend to amend the zoning Ordinance of said City as hereinafter requested, and in support of this application, <br />the following facts are shown:. ; <br />1. The property sought to be rezoned is located at 411 Sommers Street, South Bend, Indiana. <br />2. The property is owned by Hoffman Bros. Sales & Service, Inc. <br />3. A legal description of the property is as follows: <br />Lots Numbered 18 and 19 as shown on the recorded Plat of Sommer's Addition to the City of South Bend. <br />4. It is desired and requested that the foregoing property be rezoned: <br />Lot 18 "A" Residential "A" <br />From Lot 19 "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District <br />To Lots 18, 19, "C" Commercial Use and "A" Height and Area District. <br />5. It is proposed that the property will be put to the following use and the following building will be <br />constructed: <br />To wit: a Building on Lot 18 and a Building on Lot 19 as indicated by proposed site development <br />plan for storage of automobile accessory parts. <br />6. Number of off street parking spaces to be provided: 12 to 14 <br />7.
