Mr. Richard Bonewitz, the attorney representing <br />National Computing Corporation. No questions were asked of Mr. Bonewitz. Councilman Kopczynski made a motion to suspend the rules and <br />take action on the ordinance, seconded by Councilman Miller. The motion carried by a roll call <br />vote of nine ayes (Councilmen Serge, Szymkowiak, Miller, Parent, Taylor, Kopczynski, Horvath, <br />Newburn and Nemeth). This ordinance then had second reading. Councilman Kopczynski made a motion <br />to amend the ordinance on page 2 to change the date of March 25, 1974, to April 8, 1974, in <br />accordance with the recommendation of Mr. Fedder. Councilman Taylor seconded the motion. The <br />motion carried. Councilman Serge then made a motion that the ordinance pass, as amended, seconded <br />by Councilman Kopczynski.
