Mr. Kenneth Fedder, Attorney for the <br />Economic Development Commission, explained that Singer General Tire desired to purchase land and <br />construct a facility at the corner of Willis and Vaness Streets just off Indiana #23. He indica <br />that the total project cost of the proposed facility would be approximately $200,000 and the num <br />of jobs to be created by the proposed facility would be approximately 7 to 10 with an estimated <br />annual payroll increase of $122,600. He also indicated that the land is properly zoned and <br />
