REGULAR MEETING MARCH 26 1973 1IREGULAR MEETING - RECONVENED (CONTINUED) NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, as follows: SECTION I. That the Common Council, on behalf of the people of the City of South Bend, extends its congratulations and appreciation to John Adams High School's basketball team, coaches, students and fans for bringing recognition and honor to South Bend. SECTION II. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption by the Common Council of the City of South Bend and approval by the Mayor. s/ Terry S. Miller Member of the Common Council A public hearing was held on the resolution at this time. It was suggested that a copy of the resolution be sent to the school. Councilman Miller made a motion that the resolution be adopted, seconded by Councilman Kopczynski. The resolution passed by a roll call vote of nine ayes (Councilmen Serge, Szymkowiak, Miller, Parent, Taylor, Kopczynski, Horvath, Newburn and Nemeth). 11ORDINANCES, FIRST READING n OPTITATAN('T!
