<br />Councilman Taylor made a motion, seconded by Councilman Kopczynski, that this ordinance be set
<br />for public hearing on July 24, 1972. Motion carried.
<br />REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
<br />Council President Nemeth entertained a motion to waive the reading of the Committee of the Whole
<br />report, so moved by Councilman Horvath, seconded by Councilman Parent, and carried unanimously.

<br />ORDINANCE NO. 5392 -72 AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE ANNUAL SALARIES OF CERTAIN
<br />PERSONNEL OF THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY,
<br />AND APPROPRIATING THE MONIES THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER
<br />RELATED PURPOSES.
<br />This ordinance was given third reading. Councilman Serge made a motion for passage of the
<br />ordinance, seconded by Councilman Szymkowiak. The ordinance passed by a roll call vote of nine
<br />ayes (Councilmen Serge, Szymkowiak, Miller, Parent, Taylor, Kopczynski, Horvath, Newburn and
<br />Nemeth) .

<br />"DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND ECONOMIC
<br />DEVELOPMENT ", ACCOUNT NO. YY -11, 'SERVICES PERSONAL"
<br />AND TRANSFERRING THERETO THE AMOUNT OF $7,500 FROM
<br />THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNT: "CITY CEMETERIES DEPARTMENT!',

<br />WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND.

<br />DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
<br />This ordinance was given third reading. Councilman Kopczynski made a motion that the ordinance
<br />be passed as amended, seconded by Councilman Szymkowiak. The ordinance passed by a roll call vote
<br />of eight ayes (Councilmen Serge, Szymkowiak, Parent, Taylor, Kopczynski, Horvath, Newburn and
<br />Nemeth) one nay (Councilman Miller).

<br />THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND TO THE ACCOUNT
<br />"SERVICES CONTRACTUAL" WITHIN THE LOCAL ROAD
