REGULAR MEETING MARCH 12, 1979 <br />REGULAR MEETING RECONVENED (CONTINUED <br />BILL NO. 37 -79 A BILL APPROPRIATING $603,800.00 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING <br />AND SINKING FUND TO PROJECT CS -513, CLEVELAND ROAD TRUNK SEWER, WITHIN <br />THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND. <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Adams made a motion to set this bill for public <br />hearing and second reading March 26, 1979, seconded by Council Member Taylor. The motion car- <br />ried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Mr. Joseph Salazy, 1900 Wedgewood, indicated he did not think the people should bring up the <br />Church in a public meeting. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Reports from Area Plan - Historic Landmarks <br />530 Carroll - The Staff of the Area Plan Commission has reviewed the petition for <br />Lot 16 Jodon Sub. of Lots 21 and 22 Deniston and Fellows (530 Carroll <br />Street) and would recommend approval as an Historic Landmark. <br />Tippecanoe Place - The staff of the Area Plan Commission as reviewed the petition <br />for BOL L and 44 and Lot 45 except 147.84' W. side (620 West <br />Washington Street), and would recommend approval as an Historic <br />Landmark. <br />Council Member Adams made a motion to set the appropriate bills for publichearing and second <br />reading March 26, 1979, seconded by Council Member Taylor. The motion carried. <br />There being no further business to come before th e Councill, unfinished or new, Council Member <br />Taylor made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Adams.
