REGULAR MEETIN7 FEBRUARY 26, 1979 <br />REGULAR MEETING RECONVENED (CONTINUED <br />REPORT FROM AREA PLAN - "Upon a motion by Joseph Serge, being seconded by Patrick <br />McMahon and carried with June Stratton voting "Nay ", the <br />petition of the American National Bank and Trust Company, <br />to zone from "B" Residential, "A" Height and Area, to "C -1" <br />Commercial, "A" Height and Area, property bounded by Bendix <br />Drive on the west, Green Street on the north and Bonds <br />Avenue on the south, City of South Bend, is returned to the <br />Common Council with a favorable recommendation, subject to <br />the vacation of the existing alley, the dedication of the <br />new 14 foot alley easement per Board of Public Works approval, <br />and a final site plan." <br />Council Member Adams made a motion to set the applicable bills for public hearing and second <br />reading March 12, 1979, seconded by Council Member Taylor. The motion carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, unfinished or new, Council Member <br />Adams made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Taylor.
