Council Member Adams made a motion to refer this bil <br />Plan, seconded by Council Member Taylor. The motion carried. 1 to Area <br />BILL NO. 200 -77 A BILL TRANSFERRING $1,000.00 AMONG VARIOUS BUDGET <br />CLASSIFICATIONS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL WITHIN THE <br />GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND. <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Taylor made a motion to set this <br />hearing and second reading December 19, 1977, seconded by Council Member Dombrowsk• for <br />carried, public <br />Dombrowski.
