REGULAR MEETING MARCH 8, 1976 <br />Council Member Serge made a motion that the report be accepted as read, placed on file and the <br />minutes be approved, seconded by Council Member Horvath. The motion carried. <br />REPORT FROM THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br />Council Member Taylor made a motion to waive the reading of the report of the Committee of the <br />Whole, seconded by Council Member Serge. The motion carried by a roll call vote of eight ayes <br />(Council Members Serge, Szymkowiak, Miller, Taylor, Adams, Dombrowski, Horvath and Parent) <br />PETITION TO AMEND ZONING ORDINANCE (2018 East Mishawaka Ave. & 2022 E. Mishawaka Ave.) <br />We, the undersigned, do hereby respectfully make application and petition the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend <br />as hereinafter requested, and in support of this application, the following facts are shown: <br />1. The property sought to be rezoned is located at: <br />2018 East Mishawaka Ave. and 2022 East <br />Mishawaka Avenue, South Bend, Indiana <br />2. The property is owned by: <br />Lynn J. and Ruth M. Hoover, Husband and Wife, <br />51895 Old Mill Road, South Bend, Indiana 46637 <br />3. A legal description of the property is as follows: <br />Lots Numbered Forty -six (46) and Forty -seven (47) in <br />B.F.
