<br />ORDINANCE NO. 5919 -75 (CONTINUED)
<br />WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,
<br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1,
<br />1975, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1975.
<br />This ordinance had second reading. Councilman Miller made a motion to amend the ordinance as
<br />amended in the Committee of the Whole, seconded by Councilman Newburn. It was indicated that no
<br />amendments had been made to the ordinance during the Committee of the Whole meeting. Councilman
<br />Miller then made a motion to pass the ordinance, seconded by Councilman Newburn. The ordinance
<br />passed by a roll call vote of nine ayes (Councilmen Serge, Szymkowiak, Miller, Taylor, Kopczynski,
<br />Horvath, Nemeth, Newburn and Parent).
<br />ORDINANCE NO. 5920 -75 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONEYS FOR THE
<br />PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE
<br />BUREAU OF WATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
<br />INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
<br />JANUARY 1, 1976, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31,
<br />1976, INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS
<br />AND OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN
<br />THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
<br />This ordinance had second reading. Councilman Miller made a motion to amend the ordinance as
<br />amended in the Committee of the Whole, seconded by Councilman Taylor. The motion carried.
<br />Councilman Taylor then made a motion to pass the ordinance, as amended, seconded by Councilman
<br />Serge. The ordinance passed by a roll call vote of nine ayes (Councilmen Serge, Szymkowiak,
<br />Miller, Taylor, Kopczynski, Horvath, Nemeth, Newburn and Parent).

<br />PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE
<br />WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT OF THE CITY
<br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL
<br />YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1976, AND
<br />ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1976, INCLUDING ALL
<br />OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS, AND
<br />FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE
<br />EFFECT.
<br />This ordinance had second reading. Councilman Serge made a motion to amend the ordinance as
<br />amended in the Committee of the Whole, seconded by Councilman Miller. The motion carried.

<br />CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING A TIME
<br />WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
