REGULAR MEETING MAY 27, 1975 <br />REGULAR MEETING - RECONVENED (CONTINUED) <br />Bartlett Street. He explained that a delay had been encountered in moving to the new location <br />because of the fact that the home was being rented to Notre Dame students. He stated that the <br />home was a six - apartment complex and the purchase price was $38,000. On May 15, the students were <br />moved out. He stated that appraisals for renovation were made on the house and an inspection was <br />also conducted. He indicated that the Mental Health Association had somehow been able to pay the <br />rent for the Bartlett Street property since the funds approved by the Council had been expended on <br />February 14. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, unfinished or new, Councilman Taylor <br />made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Councilman Horvath. Councilman Kopczynski indicated that he <br />had a question concerning statements made by Councilman Serge regarding the drug abuse program. <br />Council President Parent asked if the Council wanted to continue discussion or act upon the motion <br />to adjourn. Councilman Kopczynski objected. Councilman Newburn felt the Council should act on <br />the motion, and Councilman Taylor indicated that he wished to adjourn.
