Mr. Seitz indicated that this had been deleted <br />from the plans. He indicated that this would probably be used for a display area. Councilman <br />Kopczynski wondered how much was funded to maintain the downtown mall in 1975, and Mr. Seitz <br />indicated that the Park Department was not responsible for maintaing the mall. Council President <br />Parent thanked Mr. Seitz for his presentation. <br />PETITIONS TO AMEND ZONING ORDINANCE <br />I (We), the undersigned, do hereby respectfully make application and petition <br />the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to amend the Zoning Ordinance <br />of the City of South Bend as hereinafter requested, and in support of this applica- <br />tion, the following facts are shown: <br />1. The property sought to be rezoned is located at the northeast corner of <br />Fillmore Road (Linden Avenue) and Clemens Street. <br />2. The property is owned by First Community Development Corporation, <br />100 Center Complex, P. O. Box 488, Mishawaka, Indiana 46544. <br />3.
