Dunfee, Jr. <br />Exhibit A - Legal Description <br />Exhibit B - Names and Addresses of Property Owners Within 300 Feet <br />Exhibit C - Final Site Development-Plan <br />I (we), the undersigned, do hereby respectfully make application and petition <br />the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to amend the Zoning Ordinance of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, as hereinafter requested, and in support of this appli- <br />cation, the following facts are shown: <br />1. The property sought to be rezoned is located at: 407 East Howard Street, <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />2. The property is owned by Virgil J. Wibbens and Theresa M. Wibbens. <br />3. A legal description of the property is as follows: <br />Lot #26, Stanfield and Foster. Lot numbered 26 as shown on the <br />recorded Plat of Stanfield and Foster's Addition to the City of <br />South Bend. <br />4. It is desired and requested that the foregoing property be rezoned from "A" <br />Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District, to "B" Residential Use and "A" Height <br />and Area District. <br />5. It is proposed that the property will be put to the following use and the <br />following building(s) will be constructed: Sugar 'n Spice Day Care Center, 1 -story <br />dwelling unit. <br />6. Number of off - street parking spaces to be provided: Off - street parking is <br />not necessary for my business. The children will be dropped off and picked up with little <br />delay in between. There is enough parking space available already for the staff. <br />7. Councilman Miller made a motion to pass the ordinance as <br />amended in the Committee of the Whole meeting, seconded by Councilman Szymkowiak. The ordinance <br />passed by a roll call vote of nine ayes (Councilmen Serge, Szymkowiak, Miller, Parent, Taylor, <br />Kopczynski, Horvath, Newburn and Nemeth). <br />ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FAIR CAMPAIGN <br />PRACTICES AND DISCLOSURE WITHIN THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND. <br />This ordinance had second reading. Councilman Miller made a motion to strike the ordinance from <br />the files, seconded by Councilman Taylor.
