Councilman Kopczynski made a motion to refer the ordinance to <br />the Human Resources Committee and also set the ordinance for public hearing and second reading on <br />September 16, 1974, seconded by Councilman Miller. The motion carried. In the unfinished business <br />portion of the August 26th Council meeting, this ordinance was rescheduled for public hearing and <br />second reading on September 23, 1974. <br />ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL VACATIONS <br />FOR CITY PERSONNEL. <br />This ordinance had first reading. Councilman Kopczynski made a motion to set the ordinance for <br />public hearing and second reading on September 9, 1974, seconded by Councilman Miller. The motion <br />carried. <br />ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $20,000.00 FROM <br />THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED <br />TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR VARIOUS <br />PUBLIC PARKS PROGRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED <br />BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC PARKS. <br />This ordinance had first reading.
