s"- s REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 51 1983 amount of the bonds, for completion of the Project and for additions to the Project, including the costs of issuance (providing that the financing of such addition or additions to the Project is found to have a public purpose (as defined in I.C. 36 -7- 12-1) at the time of authorization fo such additional bonds), and that the aforementioned purposes comply with the provisions of L.C. 36 -7 -12. 4. All costs of the Project incurred after the adoption of this inducement resolution, including reimbursement or repayment to the Applicant of moneys expended by the Applicant for planning, engineering, interest paid during construction, underwriti expenses, attorney and bond counsel fees, acqusition, construction and equipping of the Project will be permitted to be included as part of the bond issue to finance the Project, and the Issuer will sell or lease the same to the Applicant or loan the proceeds from the sale of the bonds to the Applicant for the same purposes. Also, certain indirect expenses, including but not limited to, planning, architectural work and engineering incurred prior to this inducement resolution will be permitted to be included as part of the bond issue to finance the Project. /s/ Beverlie D. Fred Baer, attorney for the petitioner, indicated they planned to construct an addition to the existing facilities He indicated that approximately six to twelve jobs will be created. Council Member Szymkowiak made a motion to adopt this resolution, seconded by Council Member Taylor. The resolution was adopted by a roll call vote of nine ayes. RESOLUTION NO. 1105 -83 A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ADOPTION OF A DECLARATORY RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAN AREAS WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, COMMONLY KNOWN AS 850 SOUTH MARIETTA STREET TO BE AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA FOR PURPOSES OF TAX ABATEMENT. WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend has adopted a Declaratory Resolution designating certain areas within the City as Economic Revitalization Areas for the purpose of tax abatement consideration; and WHEREAS, a Declaratory Resolution designated the area commonly known as 850 Marietta Street and more particularly described by a line drawn as follows: LEGAL DESCRIPTION MONROE SAMPLE PARCEL NO. 10 Lots Numbered 120, 121, 122 and 123 in Edward H. Rush's First Addition t the City of South Bend, Plat Book 7, page 8 and Lots Numbered 37, 38, 39, 40 and 41 and a portion of Lot 42, all in Rachel Gallagher's First Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, Plat Book 5, page 22, and Lots Numbered 10, 11, 12 and portions of Lots 9, 13 and 14, 11 in Plat of Frantz' 3rd Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, Plat Book 5, page 17 and Lot 14 and a portion of Lot 15, both in Plat of Frantz' 2nd Addition to the City of South Bend, Plat Book 5, page 9. The foregoing Plat Books and ensuing Record Books are found in the Office of the Recorder for St. Joseph County, South Bend, Indiana, as is described more specifically as follows: Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 120,in said Edward H.
