ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS <br />2024.00254 – Madison Lifestyle District Phase I Utility Design Water Main Replacement <br />013000 - 2 <br />1.3 PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING <br />A. Contractor will schedule and preside over meeting after Notice of Award. <br />B. Attendance Required: Owner, Resident Project Representative, appropriate governmental agency <br />representatives, Construction Manager, major Subcontractors and Contractor. <br />C. Minimum Agenda: <br />1. Execution of Owner-Contractor Agreement. <br />2. Submission of executed bonds and insurance certificates. <br />3. Distribution of Contract Documents. <br />4. Submission of list of Subcontractors, list of products, schedule of values, and Progress Schedule. <br />5. Designation of personnel representing parties in Contract, and Engineer. <br />6. Communication procedures. <br />7. Procedures and processing of requests for interpretations, field decisions, field orders, submittals, <br />substitutions, Applications for Payments, proposal request, Change Orders, and Contract closeout <br />procedures. <br />8. Scheduling. <br />9. Critical Work sequencing. <br />10. Scheduling activities of Geotechnical Engineer. <br />D. Contractor: Record minutes and distribute to participants within two days after meeting including Owner, <br />Resident Project Representative, and those affected by decisions made. <br />1.4 SITE MOBILIZATION MEETING <br />A. Owner will schedule meeting at Project Site prior to Contractor occupancy. Construction Manager <br />presides over meeting. <br />B. Attendance Required: Owner, Contractor, Contractor's superintendent, Construction Manager, major <br />Contractors. <br />C. Minimum Agenda: <br />1. Use of premises by Owner and Contractor. <br />2. Owner's requirements and occupancy. <br />3. Construction facilities and controls. <br />4. Temporary utilities. <br />5. Security and housekeeping procedures. <br />6. Schedules. <br />7. Procedures for testing. <br />8. Procedures for maintaining record documents. <br />9. Inspection and acceptance. <br />D. Construction Manager: Record minutes and distribute to participants within two days after meeting to <br />Engineer, Owner, and those affected by decisions made.
