Palmer of Palmer Funeral Homes Inc, of 2528 Mishawaka Ave, South <br />Bend, IN 46615, an adjacent property owner. <br />The Board of Public Works advertised the sale of 3814 S Michigan St. on 03/13/2026 and <br />3/20/2026. Bids were opened at the Board of Public Works regular meeting on 04/14/2026. <br />Palmer Funeral Homes Inc was the sole bidder for the property with a bid of <br />$7,550. <br />The total cost owed to the City will be $7,706 This includes $7,550 Bid Award Amount, $100 <br />Advertising Fee, $10 Transfer Fee, $26 Recording Fee, and $20 County Disclosure Form Fee. <br />April 28, 2026
