Supplier must be able to guarantee delivery of 4,000 to 5,200 gallons within <br />five (5) calendar days after order placement. <br />B. DELIVERY <br />1. Full truck load quantities are to be approximately 4,000 gallons <br />2. Delivery will be to two separate remote locations. Geyer Ditch GPS <br />location 41.69565, -86.40614. Sage Road GPS location 41.71024, - <br />86.41629. <br />3. Remote locations are accessed via a combination lock. Delivery requests <br />will include the combination lock if City personnel will not be on-site <br />during deliveries. If City personnel will be on-site the combination will be <br />omitted from the manifest. <br />4. Prices must be submitted in cost per gallon with freight included. <br /> <br /> <br />
