<br /> <br /> <br />5. Vendor personnel shall not unload any filled cylinders or ton containers prior <br />to live inspection by South Bend Wastewater personnel. <br /> <br />6. Vendor personnel shall assist South Bend personnel in the visual inspection of <br />each ton container for: <br />a) External damage or defect <br />b) Proper installation of valve protection housing or caps <br />c) Visual inspection of valves and fusible plugs <br />i) All old wire from previous hung tags are to be removed prior to delivery <br />ii) All fusible plugs should be defect free (no pits or holes ) <br />d.) Determination of markings of retest and recertification <br />7. Wastewater facility has overhead crane for offloading ton containers. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
