<br /> <br /> <br />6 SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE 12.5% <br /> <br />A. GENERAL <br />1. The estimated annual usage of Sodium Hypochlorite is 10,000 gallons <br />more or less. <br />2. The City owns 2,550+ gallon tank for the storage of Sodium <br />Hypochlorite 12.5%. <br />3. This tanks comes equipped with all necessary fittings and outlets, as well <br />as secondary containment for increased safety. <br />4. Supplier must have necessary hoses and connectors to connect to a 2-inch <br />quick disconnect fitting. <br />5. No stop-off fees or surcharges allowed however, demurrage charges will <br />be allowed after 2 hours per stop <br /> <br />B. All deliveries shall be made within <br />48 hours of the request <br />2. Full truck load quantities of approximately 2,000 gallons are to be <br />delivered, F.O.B. to: <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />3113 Riverside Drive <br />South Bend, IN. 46628 <br /> <br />3. Prices must be submitted and billed in cost per gallon with freight <br />included, billed to the nearest penny. <br /> <br />
