5. LIQUID CALCIUM NITRATE 66% <br />A. GENERAL <br />1. The estimated annual usage of Liquid Calcium Nitrate (66%) is 45,000 <br />gallons, more or less. <br />2. Supplier must be able to guarantee delivery of 4,000 to 5,200 gallons within <br />five (5) calendar days after order placement. <br />B. Delivery requests <br />will include the combination lock if City personnel will not be on -site <br />during deliveries. If City personnel will be on -site the combination will be <br />omitted from the manifest. <br />4. Prices must be submitted in cost per gallon with freight included. <br />
