Sage Road GPS location 41.71024, - <br />86.41629. <br />Remote locations are accessed via a combination lock. Delivery requests <br />will include the combination lock if City personnel will not be on -site <br />during deliveries. If City personnel will be on -site the combination will be <br />omitted from the manifest. <br />4. Prices must be submitted in cost per gallon with freight included. <br />
