Contract amount; $615,000.00 <br />Indiana University, Gary, Indiana — In the center of campus was a fine arts and administration building <br />that were 4 stories tall requiring a "surgical" type extraction. The land was reverted back to green space <br />for the University. Not only was this project 100% safe, it was on time and within budget. Contract <br />amount; $650,000.00 <br />Detroit Foundry, Detroit, Michigan — Extensive environmental clean-up was involved with this <br />demolition of the 200,000 SF industrial structure. Over 60,000 cubic yards of foundry sand had to be <br />remediated along with asbestos containing materials. The site was one of 4 projects removed for the <br />City of Detroit under the same contract. All sites were returned to green space.
