ZULA -R-- MEETINGT� - <br />i <br />P <br />BILL NO. 46 -86 A BILL TRANSFERRING $510,314.00 AMONG VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE <br />DIVISION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. 3 <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Braboy made a motion to set this bill <br />for second reading and public hearing April 28, and refer it to the Human Resources <br />Committee, seconded by Council Member Puzzello. The motion carried. <br />BILL NO. 47 -86 <br />A BILL OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA, BY THE INCLUSION OF NEW ARTICLE 18 ENTITLED <br />FIREFIGHTERS AND POLICE OFFICERS SALARY NEGOTIATION ORDINANCE. <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Taylor made a motion to strike this <br />bill, seconded by Council Member Serge. The motion carried on a roll call vote of <br />five ayes and four nays (Council Members Puzzello, Zakrzewski, Barcome and Voorde.) <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />David McCarthy, 1209 N. Olive, spoke regarding handicapped parking problems in South <br />Bend. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, unfinished or new, <br />Council Member Voorde made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Barcome. <br />The motion carried and the meeting was adjourned at p.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />APPROVED: <br />P esident <br />
