East Res. <br />* Funds are subject to the City Controller's determination of availability; if funds are unavailable, as solely determined by the City Controller, <br />then the authorization of the expenditure of such funds shall be void and of no effect. <br />PURPOSE OF REQUEST: Appointment Erin Michaels as the RDC Land Bank Board Member <br />SPECIFICS: On March 23, 2026, the South Bend Common Council approved an Interlocal Agreement <br />between the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, and the Michiana Area Council of Governments to <br />established a Land Bank in St. Joseph County. The Interlocal Agreement establishes a Board to manage <br />the Land Bank consisting of seven (7) members. <br />The South Bend Redevelopment Commission has one (1) appointee to the Board. <br />RDC Staff recommend Erin Michaels, Property Development Manager, for the RDC appointment to the <br />Land Bank Board.
