East Res. <br />* Funds are subject to the City Controller's determination of availability; if funds are unavailable, as solely determined by the City Controller, <br />then the authorization of the expenditure of such funds shall be void and of no effect. <br />PURPOSE OF REQUEST: To request funds for the construction of a sidewalk and storm sewer extension <br />on the north side of Ireland Rd between Ironwood Rd and Irish Hills Dr in the amount of $400,000 <br />SPECIFICS: Engineering has contracted with SJCA to engineer a new sidewalk and storm sewer on the <br />north side of Ireland Rd between Ironwood Rd and Irish Hills Dr to 1) alleviate drainage issues and 2) <br />provide connectivity to the existing sidewalk network on Ireland Rd, especially to serve the residents of <br />Irish Hills Apartments. This request would fund the construction of this project.
