East Res. <br />*Funds are subject to the City Controller's determination of availability; if funds are unavailable, as solely determined by the City Controller, <br />then the authorization of the expenditure of such funds shall be void and of no effect. <br />PURPOSE OF REQUEST: Staff will make a formal recommendation regarding the Former YMCA <br />Northside RFP proposal received <br />SPECIFICS: On June 26th, 2025, the Redevelopment Commission (RDC) approved a Request for Proposal <br />(RFP) for a new redevelopment project on the former YMCA property located along Northside Blvd and <br />Louise St. All submissions were opened publicly at the September 11th, 2025, RDC meeting. At that <br />meeting one proposal was submitted by Century Custom Builders.
