13 <br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Project Plan <br />The Developer will complete the following work in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions of this Agreement and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations: <br />The Developer will complete each of the following improvements to the Developer <br />Property: <br />• 630 Allen Street: Construction of a six (6) unit residential building with all units <br />offered at rents affordable to households earning less than 80% of the Area Median <br />Income (AMI), as published annually by HUD, maintained for a minimum <br />affordability period of fifteen (15) years. <br /> <br />• 731 Allen Street and 733 Allen Street: Construction and completion of two (2) <br />single-family residential units, each offered for sale at a price affordable to <br />households earning no more than 100% of the Area Median Income (AMI) <br />The Developer will complete the work contemplated herein in accordance with the terms <br />and conditions of this Agreement and in compliance with all applicable laws and <br />regulations. Each structure will be considered substantially complete upon the issuance of <br />Certificates of Occupancy on each individual unit within the structure. Notwithstanding <br />substantial completion, the affordability requirements set forth in this Agreement shall <br />remain in full force and effect for the duration specified herein.
