AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR AND SERVICE CENTER CHECK LIST <br />•Cars stored for more than 3 days must be stored within an opaque fenced-in area <br />•The fencing for the opaque fenced area must be a minimum of 6’ tall <br />•All vehicles must be parked off the public street, on a drained and paved parking <br />surface <br />•Vehicles may not be parked in the public right of way, i.e. street, tree lawn, sidewalk, <br />or alley for purposes of repairing or servicing vehicles <br />•All repairs shall be performed within a fully enclosed building. Bay doors may be <br />open during hours of operation <br />•No partially dismantled, wrecked, or unregistered vehicle shall be stored on site <br />•Trash and debris, auto parts, old tires etc., may not be stored outside in open view of <br />the public <br />•Signs fall under the approval of Zoning and in many cases have special <br />requirements <br />•Signs or other fixtures or displays may not be placed on public sidewalks or tree-lawns <br />•All necessary utilities must be on and working to operate the business to meet city <br />regulations <br />•Periodic inspections are made throughout the year to maintain compliance with <br />your license <br />•Licenses are good for only one location; therefore, vehicles may not be stored in <br />other locations waiting for service <br />SIGNATURE DATE
