East Res. <br />* Funds are subject to the City Controller's determination of availability; if funds are unavailable, as solely determined by the City Controller, then the <br />authorization of the expenditure of such funds shall be void and of no effect. <br />PURPOSE OF REQUEST: Hold a public hearing in accordance with Indiana Code 36-7-14-17 <br />SPECIFICS: As required by Indiana state law, notice must be provided to affected property owners and a public <br />hearing must be held regarding the proposed expansion of the River West Development Area and the <br />designation of the Lincoln and Kennedy Park Residential Housing Development Program Allocation Area. A notice <br />of public hearing was sent via first class mail to all property owners within the affected area.
