Chippewa Ave. The redevelopment will <br /> occur over 2 phases, with the initial phase consisting of structural and masonry repairs, new <br /> facade and siding, utility upgrades, paving and concrete, lighting and landscaping <br /> improvements. The second phase will include the demolition and renovation of former aviation <br /> testing cell areas on the property.
