Edward Talley, Director <br />Please find the attached ordinance which has been prepared for introduction to the Common <br />Council. The purpose of this ordinance is to establish the property at 528 South Eddy Street as <br />an Historic Landmark. The described real estate is 898 feet on Eddy Street by 1129.03 feet <br />deep in the southwest 1(4, section 7-37-2E of South Bend. <br />At its Public Hearing held on January 17, 2000, the Historic Preservation Commission <br />recommended designation of this property to the Common Council.
