Additionally, most projects that occur on public <br />parks will need approval from the Board of Parks Commissioners. The E3 team will help neighborhoods work <br />through the process. <br /> A goal of the program is to fund neighborhood-based projects that provide community-wide benefit. While we <br />prefer to see projects completed in public, city-owned spaces, we are open to exploring projects <br />on private property on a case-by-case basis. Any project completed on private property may require the <br />neighborhood to pay 51% of the total project costs.
