We would then move the fence forward and shorten it to a picket fence. We would then build a back porch in the remaining area of the garage and build a small stoop off of the sunroom. We would use rock face cinderblocks for the foundation of the porch, and douglas fir t&g flooring and the trim would be cypress and we would repair the missing stucco. For the stoop we would use cypress trim and cedar 1x6 deck boards with wooden stairs coming off both the stoop and the porch. Uploaded documentation must show existing property lines, buildings, structures, and proposed project location(s).
