Stapp, Whitcomb & Keller
Property Owner: Drew and Jennifer Chuppe
Landmark or District Designation: East Wayne Street,
Ordinance #7796-87
Rating: Contributing
DESCRIPTION OF STRUCTURE/SITE: This is a two story frame, irregular plan house featuring a gable
roof and a large shed roof front dormer. The roof is of asphalt shingles and the siding is aluminum. The windows
are Marvin wood, double-hung full frame replacement windows with aluminum exterior cladding. The inset door
features leaded glass sidelights and a paneled transom. Based on the information provided prior to this public hearing, Staff makes a FA -
VORABLE RECOMMENDATION.
Prepared by
Kate Himick, Historic Preservation Specialist
