This gives us <br />a general roadmap for <br />how the intervention <br />should be approached. <br />Work should begin at the <br />top, repairing the roof <br />or windows to prevent <br />further moisture from <br />entering. After securing <br />the building from above, <br />the intervention can <br />move from the bottom <br />up: start by adding <br />temporary supports at <br />the first level, replace <br />the damaged joists <br />as needed, and then <br />repeat the process on <br />the second level.
