Illustrated Hanbook for Historic Commercial Buildings <br />46 <br />Water infiltration <br />Feature: Floor <br />Location: 1rst floor <br />Level: Severe <br />Description: The floor joist system has partially collapsed on the north side <br />of the commercial space, creating an opening to the basement. While the <br />brick walls remain structurally sound, the collapse has damaged utility lines <br />running through the affected area.
