The first is for proposed work on my <br />chimney to be executed by Family Chimney Sweeps LLC. The second is to replace existing fence/s on the <br />east and north sides of 1021 Hudson Avenue which I intend to execute myself as owner (contact <br />information as per application above). Support materials for former will be designated as COA-1, for the <br />latter COA-2. <br />COA-1 (see photos for existing condition): <br />Demolish existing cement crown and pour new, fiberglass reinforced cement crown. <br />Remove current 5-in stainless liner and break out flue tile. Install 6-in stainless steel insulated liner with <br />tee. Tuck point toward the top as needed, *retaining existing masonry material*. Return to remove crown <br />forms. Assess liner cap; replace if needed. Lift will be necessary for the job. <br />COA-2 (see photos for existing and proposed conditions): <br />Demolish existing east side treated wood fence. <br />Replace with approximately 60' length north-south cedar fence at east side of property and 70' length east- <br />west cedar fence at north side of property. <br />Proposed fence type is 4'-6" tall cedar board-on-board privacy fence with 1'-6" cedar lattice accent on top -- <br />total fence height 6'-0" -- fastened to 4"x6" cedar posts spaced 8' o.c.
