Utility Coordination <br />American Structurepoint shall provide utility coordination services including the following: <br />A. Initial Notice Stage <br />1. Submit online 811 ticket and identify electric, gas, telecommunications, and other utility <br />providers in the project area <br />2. Communicate and confirm locations of utilities present in the project area <br />B. Verification and Conflict Analysis Stage <br />1. Verify horizontal and vertical locations of utilities present in the project area and identify <br />conflicts with proposed project work <br />C. Development Loadings Coordination <br />1. Confirm projected water, sewer, electrical, gas, and HVAC loadings for Phase 1 site <br />development with MEP Subconsultant. <br />2. Communicate future loading projections with relevant utility providers. Confirm utility capacity <br />for future loading projections. <br />D. Work Plan Stage <br />1. Coordinate utility upsizing and relocation plans and schedules with the utilities in conflict <br />2. Review work plans for conflicts with existing utilities or other relocation plans <br />3. Conduct a Utility Coordination Meeting to discuss final work plans and schedules <br />E. Preparation and attendance for up to four virtual general project coordination meetings with City, <br />Phase 1 Site Design Consultant, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Subconsultant <br />III. Sanitary Sewer Evaluation and Rehabilitation Design <br />American Structurepoint shall provide professional engineering services for review of Closed-Circuit <br />Television (CCTV) footage and recommendations for lining sewers along Main Street and Michigan <br />Street. Professional services for the sanitary evaluation and lining shall include the following: <br />A. Meetings <br />1. Virtual Kickoff Meeting <br />2. Virtual meeting to review CCTV results and recommendations with City of South Bend <br />3. Virtual 50% Design Review meeting with City of South Bend <br />4. Virtual 90% Design Review meeting with City of South Bend <br />B. CCTV Review and Recommendations <br />1. Review CCTV provided by City of South Bend for the following sanitary sewer segments: <br />a. Approximately 500 lineal feet (LFT) of 20-inch sanitary sewer along Main Street between <br />Marion Street and Madison Street
