<br /> Sec. 6-4.3. Enforcement by Building Department.
<br /> (a) The Building Department, with the assistance of the South Bend Fire Department as necessary or
<br /> required, is the City agency to administer and enforce the rules,regulations,and code adopted and
<br /> promulgated under this chapter.
<br /> (b) No building permit will be issued to a person that would cause a violation of IC 22-15-3-7.
<br /> (c) This building code does not apply to an industrialized building system or mobile structure that is
<br /> certified under IC 22-15-4.
