PARCEL WAS ESTABLISHED AS <br />THE EXISTING SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF LASALLE STREET WEST OF EDDY <br />STREET. <br />THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SOUTH BEND MAC, L.P.
