NOTICE TO BIDDERS SALE OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that the City of South Bend, Indiana, will receive sealed bids at the Office of th e .Board of Public Works,13th Floor, County -City Building, Room 1316, 227 West Jefferson, South Bend, Indiana, until the hour of 9:30 a.m., on Monday, August 14, 2006 for the Following parcel of real estate located in South Bend, Indiana: Key No. 18-7037-1497 Vacant Lot Next to 225 East Donald The minimum accepted bid amount will be $600.00 (Six Hundred Dollars and no cents). Pursuant to State statute, these properties may not be sold to a person who is ineligible tinder Section 16 (I.C. 36-1-11-16). Additionally, an offer to purchase property submitted by trust must identify each beneficiary of the trust and settlor empowered to revoke or modify the trust. The City of South Bend will not be responsible for any fees which may be incurred by a purchaser represented by a real estate agency. Bidders will also be responsible for the cost of advertising upon a successful negotiation and sale of the tract. The cost of advertising is estimated at $90.00.
