PAGE NO. <br />such sale, be reported as soon as made for the action of the Courts and day <br />is given. <br />And afterwards, to -wit: On the 9th day of June, 1886, comes said <br />Guardian and reports to the Court that he has sold the real estate to Samuel <br />Good for the sum of $675.00 which is the appraised value of said real estato <br />&nd the highest and best price he could obtain therefor, for which he paid <br />in full and which he now brings into Court and asks that said sale be approved <br />and confirimed, and that he be ordered to execute a deed therefor to the said <br />Samuel Good, which report is under oath. <br />And the Guardian now produces the proceeds of said sale and said <br />sale is approved, and the Guardian is ordered to execute a deed to such pur- <br />chaser. And now the Guardian produces the deed to such purchaser which is " <br />examined and approved in open Court and the approval thereon endorsed,, and r <br />he is ordered to deliver the same to the said purchaser. And now said <br />Guardian is directed and authorized to purchase with the proceeds of such <br />sale (reserving enough only to pay all costs of these proceeding) such in. <br />terest in the following tract of land as such proceeds vrill buy at the rate <br />of $2750.00 for the whole tract, which lands are situate in St. Joseph County, <br />Indiana, to -wits <br />The South half of the Southeast fractional quarter West of St. <br />Joseph River of Section thirty-five (35) in Township thirty-eight (38) North <br />of Range Two (2) East and the South half of that part of the Southwest quarter <br />of said Section which lies East of the road extending through said fractional <br />quarter section and known as the Niles iioad., containing about fifty acres, <br />and to pay over the same to Louisa McCartney on her executing a deed therefor <br />to said ward, which shall convey a good title free o f incumbrances of such <br />undivided interest therein, which deed shall provide that all of said ward's <br />interest in said fifty acre tract shall be set off in partition on the A:orth <br />side thereof. And said Guardian is now ordered to cause partition to be made <br />by proper proceeding as soon as such land is purchased. <br />And afterwards, to -wit: On the 15th day of June, 1886, comes <br />Joseph B. ArnoldeJr. s Guardian of Charles F. McCartney, and shoves to the <br />Court that the proceeds of the sale of the real estate herein ordered to be <br />
