children would be entitled to upon the doath of the_i,? parent, the said <br />Jacob Bowman did convey by deed to each of them valuable real estate in <br />said County of St. Joseph and also personal property as a full advance- <br />ment ana as full and equal share of each and every of his children <br />except the said 11ary and this defendant. And especially did convey by <br />deed dated January 5th, 18399 to David Rohrer and his wife, Elizabeth <br />Rohrer, who was a daughter of said Jacob Bowman and the one through whom <br />the plaintiff now claims title to land in her complaint described., a <br />large and valuable tract of land in said County. Copy of deed filed here- <br />with and marked Exhibit "All; the said Jacob Boviman by Such deed and con- <br />veyance intending the same to be a full advancement of the full share <br />of said Elizabeth Roher, In his estate. And further did convey to each <br />and every of his children,with the exception of said friary and this de-- <br />fendant, in severalty, reap, estate and personal property equal in value <br />to the real estate conveyed to said David and Elizabeth Roher, as advance- <br />ment of the full and equal share of the said children. in his estates <br />knd in said deed "ChTistana" , the wife of said Jacob Bowman, joined and <br />released her r1ght of dower in the lands conveyed to said children, <br />That said Jacob Bowman, in the year 1848, died intestate, <br />Leaving his widow, Christiana, and all of his said children excepting <br />said Elizabeth Roher, surviving him.
