No. 1. <br />The West 2 of the North East 4 of Section 3, Totimship 37 North, <br />Range 2 East, containing 80 acres, Was entered as United States Land June <br />29th, 1833, by William Bage. See Tract Book of Original Land Entries in <br />the office of the Auditor of St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br />NO. 2. <br />NOTE" The following Receiver's Receipt Was recorded February <br />12th, 1835, in Deed Record B, page: 168. <br />(Duplicates) <br />No. 2198. <br />Receiver's Offia-e at Fort Wayne, <br />July 1st, 1833. <br />Received from 'Xilliam Bage of Washington City the Burn of one <br />hundred dollars being in full for the !,Vest half of North East quarter of <br />Section No. Three, Township No. thirty seven of Range No. Two East, con- <br />taining ejghty (80) acres at the rate of one dollar and twenty ti-re c*--zits <br />per acre, sold this day. <br />$100.00.
