The above premises are warranted free and clear of ail encum- brances saving and excepting a-"Ortgage given by the said Cogizllard to the State Bank of Indiana, for the use of the 12th Branch at South Bend, dated July 2nd, 1841, and excepting also certain payments in the St. Joseph Circuit Court againstsaid Coqu31Zar3. And said Franei s C. CocgtiiZlard, w1re o£ the said Alexis Coqui13-- lard, in consideration of $1.00 to her in hand paid by the said John D.
