Section IIC11. <br />Through mistake and inadvertence the established public <br />utility easement on the West side of Lot 165, Scottsdale Addition, <br />Section "C11, was slightly encroached upon by the residence con- <br />structed thereon. This was not discovered until after such <br />building had been fully and finally completed. An investigation <br />discloses that you have not to date put the property sought to <br />be released to use. <br />In order to put Place and Company, Inc. in a position to <br />complete this transaction and avoid substantial damage and injury, <br />I would be most grateful if you would consider executing and <br />returning to me the enclosed partial release of easement.
