Owners do hereby covenant t.,,i th City that they are <br />latti,fully seised and possessed of the following described <br />real estate situate in S. Joseph County, City of South Bend, State <br />of Indiana, <br />Lot 29 <br />Being a 15 foot wide strip of land whose southerly boundary <br />is the northerly boundary of that 5.000 foot wide utility <br />easement shown on the south boundary of Lot No. 29 shows on <br />-hat certain map entitled "Wooded Estates Subdivision recorded <br />in Plat Book 16 at page W, St. Joseph County Official Recoros. <br />2.
