Oviners do hereby covenant with City that they are <br />laivfully seised and possessed of the follo1,!ing described <br />real estate situate in S. Joseph County, City of South Send, State <br />of Indiana. <br />Lot 29 <br />Being a 15 foot wide strip of land whose southerly boundary <br />is the northerly boundary of that 5.000 foot wide utility <br />easement shown on the south boundary of Lot No. 29 shows on <br />that certain map ent.itlad "Wooded Estates Subdi-rision recorded <br />in Plat Book 16 at page W, St. Joseph County Official Recoros. <br />2.
